Wow. First week done. I haven't worked this bloody hard in years. It's a refreshing change from sitting in a multinational pretending to work and already I'm brushing up on some of the skills I have on my CV. It's good; people will notice if you laze about so it motivates you to actually do something useful.

Do small companies normally employ full-time testers? I thought the flip side of big companies being bureaucratic was they could actually afford to hire a proper testing/QA hierarchy.
