Any other answer is just being disrespectful to your current partner - because of the history.

Also, if you require ANY form of willpower to resist "naughty thoughts" then you have to accept that the thought is already there.
In that situation, you are betraying your partner before you leave the door.
It doesn't matter that you are "testing" yourself.
