How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

They will bitch and moan but most will hang on until the tories get in to see if it changes.
Will cameron and his bumchum have the balls to cut the top rate back to 40% and instead raise taxes on everyone equally? I doubt it. Which leaves them a little snookered.
