I enjoy seeing Pink. I tend to watch her with the sound turned to mute and Deep Purple on the stereo. Yes, I like rock chicks. Mrs Tester was a rock chick until I started earning good money but now she seems to spend a lot of time in expensive shoe shops. What on earth was wrong with black Doc Martens?

Mrs Tester sounds like a woman after my own heart.

I haven't worn Doc Martins since school

Have tickets to see The Killers in Hyde Park in June.
I'm better than dirt. Well, most kinds of dirt, not that fancy store-bought dirt... I can't compete with that stuff.

Mrs Tester once accompanied me to a posh gala evening in Paris wearing a very smart black ball gown and a pair of Doc Martens. Very sexy. The frogs seemed to like it too.

Same here - we used to go to a *lot* of gigs before the little fluxes arrived on the scene but very little since. Although just this last year we've started to take some of them along to a few gigs - Jean Michelle Jarre, Joe Satriani and Nickelback. And hopefully more to come (gigs that is, not kids!).
Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?

A mate of mine got married wearing white Doc Martens, and all her bridesmaids wore red ones.

I estimate that if I can persuade Mrs Tester to start wearing DMs again instead of all those posh Giovanni Di Homo di Milano or Jean le Pouffe de Paris shoes I'll be able to retire 5 years earlier on the savings. That's unless she develops a taste for Prada handbags of course.

I saw Joe Satriani when I was at uni. His guitar playing is actually surpassed by the faces he pulls when he is playing it.
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

                  I preferred version 1!

Who started that? Why can't guitarists just stop it?

Not many bands left that I want to see that haven't.

Rolling Stones (before thay die, though it must be said that Keef will outlast all of us, he's been embalmed from the inside!)
Want to go to Glasto one year, but the lineups have been a bit off recently.
Would like to have seen AC/DC again on this tour but couldn't get tickets.

Seen the Floyd, but wish I'd seen the legendary Wall shows at Earls Court
Would have loved to see Zeppelin anywhere, any time

                      Best gigs?

                      Muse @ Earls Court
                      Rory Gallagher @ Manchester Apollo
                      Pink Floyd @ Maine Road
Thin Lizzy @ Reading - Final UK gig
                      Genesis @ NEC
                      Eagles @ Hampden Park
U2 on consecutive nights @ Maddison Square Gardens

I've had a good life me!
