    My wife is Chinese?

You see the Western media only gives half the story about Chinese Police being heavy-handed in their response! (Just like the UK Police in fact!)

Hmmm. I wonder, if he/she/it exsists, if God wonders whether a meta-God exists.

And no doubt your wife gives you the official Chinese propaganda. Have you asked her why China are in Tibet anyway? Those Tibetans you mentioned in your last post sound like freedom fighters to me.

If the Chinese police were in the right they'd get all the media of the world there with free hand to film all those bad things the monks "did".

When authoretarian state forbids such action (which it always does) and only invites foreign media for AFTER the uprising was put down, then you can be 100% certain they were in the wrong there. Anything they'd attribute to the rebellion can't be trusted as it can't be verified and the state would have all the reasons and opportunity to lie about it to make the story in favourable light to the state.

It is. But Jack Reacher didn't say it first.

I think An incidence of Absinthe is not indicitive of an absence of incense has a nicer ring to it.

My wife told me about the atrocities so I did my own research to see if it was true. She was right!

Regarding the Chinese being in Tibet, even the Dalai Lhama ;-) says that Tibet should remain as part of China. It is only Western governments and media saying otherwise with their anti communist propaganda.

Regarding Chinese Police activities in Tibet, I don't think they would want to draw any attention to it either way. Bit like the Brits in Ulster really.

Like you went there to dig up graves and to forensic analysis to see if they were shot in the head from close distance?

You'd say that too if they told you that by saying otherwise they'd kill 1000 people - all your relatives, friends etc who can't get asylum on the West.

                  Great - another dumb troll.
Anyone want to take this one on as a pet and water and feed it?
I've got too many to look after.

Edit: Ah good looks like AtW has adopted it.

My main point is don't believe all the propaganda whether that is from the British, Chinese, American or any other government.
