did easy 8k yesterday after work - took about 50 minutes and was very nice - not too tired after it.

I can run for about 10 minutes before I have to stop. But after getting my breath back for a minute I can go again. I can hike or cycle for hours though!
The thing is, I am 16 and ahalf stone due to weight-training and some extra padding so that makes it hard going. But I am pretty fit overall.
Tip: Run on grass if u want to prevent long term knee injuries. (Not the grass u smoke!)Comment

The fear of knowing that this was approaching made me fight the boredom and get out jogging. I've now done 3 and the London marathon. If I didn't keep putting these challenges in front of me, I know I'd end up in pretty bad condition. If at first you don't succeed... skydiving is not for you!Comment

Things have gone pear shaped over the past 40 yearsRule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
