Phone is in the car whilst at current client site (as it has a camera) but normally it rings Twisted Nerve by Bernard Herrmann from the film of the same name.

Mine's the sound of an old GPO phone as I'm fed up with all the American ones. When it was music it was the intro to MIrrorball by Everything But The Girl, but never at clientco (or even on the train unless due to an oversight). Timed profiles on old Nokia phones were a good idea.Comment

Mine is now an old fashion bell ring. Used to be the theme from Kill Bill and before that the intro to "Disco Inferno" with the bass turned right up

I had that for a while, as I'm fed up with our perfectly good culture being steadily taken over by American culture.Originally posted by Peoplesoft bloke View PostMine's the sound of an old GPO phone as I'm fed up with all the American ones.
Old-fashioned phone was a double ring, not a single ring.
Santa Claus wears a hooded cape, not a belted tunic and hat.
Hallowe'en was around before the USA was, observed in most of Britain except the South-east. And it doesn't involve spiders.
You don't have the right to one phone call.
In an emergency you dial 999 not 911 (though AFAIK most mobile phones will now re-route 911 for the benefit of those who can not distinguish American TV from reality).
A "buck" is not legal tender here.
