Yes, some recruitment firms are refusing to lower their margins, so the contracts are been given to Indian outsourcers. The only thing that worries me about dealing with off-shore recruitment companies is that I don't know what legal rights my company would have if they defaulted on paying or if there was some other dispute.Comment

It happens from time to time. Usually they keep the high-value work on-shore (pestering clients), and offshore the low-value stuff (talking to contractors).Comment
