not much doing
I have been looking since January (after the credit crunch shut my previous company). There isn't much .net out there at all - lots of agents fishing, but not much real work.
There are jobs in the permie market, but even the 'senior' jobs are paying mid level programmer salaries.
good luck!Comment

Time to retrain
.Net market is pretty dire right now, but I've got a sideline going in SAP consultancy and am finding it is still bouyant. Remarkably easy to get into too.Comment

How would one go about cross training into SAP, my area is Java and hold all the certifications for the technology. I would like to have a second string to the bow.Originally posted by GeorgeGregan View Post.Net market is pretty dire right now, but I've got a sideline going in SAP consultancy and am finding it is still bouyant.
