          I belive they were one of the outsourced solutions used by BT a while back. From what I recall being said at the time it was not what you would call a success.

          Failure to understand or properly explore requirements, poor quality on work delivered and lack of relavent experience amongst their staff.

            Sounds about right. The Tech Director at my old place used them - against advice I might add.

            A shambles. Still at least it was only £180k that was pissed against the wall.
