here's an interesting one for you Sally - if one person in three is diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, there must be loads on here who have been through this , might be a bit of a touchy subject

I would imagine most of us have been touched by cancer - I certainly know i have, and am at the moment - very much so.

I dont get what your point is though EO - are you sayign we're not allowed to mention cancer on the board?
And I certainly dont get ratewhores - not that I ever do. He just seems liek a bitter, nasty little tulip quite frankly.

I think Jade probably heard somebody say that she was a 'chancer' and she thought that the person had said cancer.

In defence of RH, I think when he said "Don't be f*****g stupid" it was in response to the post of "Have you read the OP" and was intended as tongue in cheek. I could be wrong of course!

my point is that if someone gets bitter, nasty or tulip-like, there might be a reason. But you like to boldly go into some controversial/taboo subject areas and I admire you for that

When I read the title, I thought you'd come bearing the news that she'd popped her clogs and the media circus had all gone home.


She's a disgrace. No cancer charity will benefit from her very public death, and she's not once used this media attention to say 'Girls, go get smear tests when you start having sex - don't end up like me'. She could have used the publicity for good, but she hasn't.

It's just money, greed, 'boohoohoo poor-me'. Maybe that's why people find her appealing. I just find her appauling. I pity her children, but that's about it. She's deserves nothing, especially when compared to the great Jane Tomlinson who truely deserved the media and public interest.

I don't think Jade's lying unless she plans to run off to somewhere in South America with the money (another good result - she'd never bother us again). I do very much suspect that having only just found out, she's got several months left, rather than this 'few weeks' that Clifford is spouting.

I do believe her, but the way that she has played with the media has made many people very cynical as to her motives and I made the point a couple of weeks ago that she looked in remarkably good health and this would raise suspicions if she lived for another year or so.
She had an emergency operation this morning so I cannot see how that was faked. Every cloud has a silver lining though because an American TV company has just offered her 500K for an interview.

I honestly don't care if she's got cancer or not. From the moment she stepped onto Big Brother I hated the swine and made sure I would not add to the media circus round about her. The red tops holding up the uneducated as a role model even seems to have filtered through to the likes of CUK judging by the drivel getting posted from the likes of AssGuru and his minion of alter egos.

So back to the original point about her cancer, I'm not heartless enough to wish it on her, but I certainly don't pity her. The only people I truly feel sorry for are her children as they are the innocent victims in all this who will be losing a mother. Everyone else involved is just milking that cash cow right up to the end.
