I was thinking along the lines of:

being sent to destinations you didn't want to go to
when you get there it's not what you were told would be there
the amount of time you are there has nothing to do with how long you were promised you would be there
they will only promise to send you if you give them details of two friends who will go too
then they send one of your friends and ignore you
they say they will take you, then don't answer your calls
they promise in-flight meals which consists of you buying them a coffee

etc.

Gave you a contract that would make you vomit.
Would encourage you to get blinded before getting on the flight.
Would give you a contract that had hidden taxes.
