OK, here's one for you; According to sources, the troops in the stan are being shot at by Talibannies with West Brummy accents.
Is anyone bothered by this or is everyone happy as long as their invoice is paid?

In this case, there either are or are not British elements of the Taliban. From my discussions with friends and ex-colleagues who have been to Afghanistan, as well as media reports, I believe there are British elements fighting our forces there and that disgusts me.
That's all I was saying, without making an issue of what fcuking paper it's written in...Older and ...well, just older!!Comment

I'm quite happy that Abdul Jihaddist is flying to Afghanistan (at his own expense) to get shot up by Rupert and his merry gang of squaddies.
Maybe easyJet could lay on special flights from Birmingham to Karbul. One way onlyCats are evil.Comment

My opinion; a 5.56mm round is far cheaper than the truckloads of benefits they'd be entitled to if they were arrested and then flown home for tea and cakes on the taxpayer...Politics is for the moment, an equation is forever.Comment
