Makes a change for it to be that way round. Most of the email punts I get spammed with from agents have no relevance to my CV whatsoever so I just read them as random acts of desperation from desperate people.Sval-Baard Consulting Ltd - we're not satisfied until you're not satisfied.
Nothing says "you're a loser" more than owning a motivational signature about being a winner. -
I've had 3 total contracts, all 3 we're decided from phone interview.
Just turned up day 1 in "interview outfit", then preceeded to the coffee room to chat up the girlies.... works so far.
Although, there is an old danish guy on this project, not sure he is up to the task. Shall see in a week or 2.Comment

I was offered a role just from a phone interview in July.
