I'd love a job in Sunderland like, but unless they start wanting pasty making contractors it's looking unlikely.
Used to be OK round Sunderland with a bit of automotive industry experience...but even that is finished now. I've got 6 weeks left here and don't know if they'll give me an extension yet

How can you tell? Aren't you always drunk?
I'm better than dirt. Well, most kinds of dirt, not that fancy store-bought dirt... I can't compete with that stuff.

No I'm Microsoft and not had a chance to touch Oracle. Not too bothered yet. Will take a few weeks off to go fly fishing on the river in April if I can't get anything.

Are you guys meaning County Durham or Durham City... I can't imagine the town has much in the way of IT, although it is very pretty. Quite steep hills though, anyone know the Fighting Cocks pub for instance?

I can't think who might be after PL/SQL round here though, and I've worked in this county for 5 years after being at uni there too. Any clues - I worked with PL/SQL for 3 years.

Sally is a female Don Draper from Mad Men
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

I'm working in the city at the moment and know they have been looking for PL/SQL people here.

The Fighting Cocks is great for a lunchtime pint.

We have a couple of inches of snow here in Teesside...

Straight after school the kids will be having snowball fights and will probably ambush me when I get home.

Well fancy that. I didn't know there was ANY development work going on in the town itself. I've only come across stuff in TeamValley, Newcastle, Stockton etc. Care to share?
