Apparently there are rumours going round Westminster that there's a big Labour plot against Brown brewing, and that he'll be forced to resign within a month or two...

      No! If he goes:

      1. Labour will win more votes and seats at the next local and general elections by saying they've got rid of all their problems with Brown.

      2. As his cr@p economy gets worse and worse, Brown will say he would have turned it around.

I want the useless bugger to get a good kicking when the general election comes.

Surely, we want Labour to be re-elected to carry on the good work. After all, the Tories would just carry out the same policies.

If Brown goes Labour will have to go to the polls straight away. They'll lose, or get a hung parliament at best, so they won't ditch Brown. Labour will go for a 2010 election and pin their hopes on Tory infighting or other 'events'.

I can't quite believe it but Brown has just said on Sky news we've got "low public debt"

I thought Tories said lowering taxes now was just a temporary action to win votes? Doesn't that mean they would rather have more tax?

You are obviously a bit thick so let me explain. Keeping taxes as they are is not lowering taxes. Putting taxes up is raising taxes.
