According to Armstrong, the market should turn again in 2011, I take that as fthe beginning of a recovery. Unless I have read it wrong.'Orwell's 1984 was supposed to be a warning, not an instruction manual'. -

Armstrong enigma
March 19 and Apr.23 are upcoming dates to watch. As I remember mid point changes or some such. I am not sure why I am so intrigued by the man with his infamous reputation and all, but The nature of his incarceration and the even more infamous reputation of the(cia) come to mind.

Does it really make sense to talk of a recession in 2009 and another in 2011? If we technically leave recession conditions for 6 months (e.g growth sits at 0% for 2 quarters) and then enter them again, that's surely one recession with a blip for all useful purposes?Originally posted by expat View PostInteresting. I predicted the next recession for 2011, as you can find in previous posts on here. I was wrong, I didn't see this current one coming. But perhaps a 2011 recession is coming too?Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

And if we get an overall 10% drop in output then it is a depression?Originally posted by d000hg View PostDoes it really make sense to talk of a recession in 2009 and another in 2011? "a part of Armstrong's 32,000 variable artificial intelligence super-computer model, which Armstrong said had "perhaps the largest economic database in the world, some of which he got from the london museum, including record from ancient Babylon, so I believe him when he says that he backtested the cycles into the ancient world.
