Jimmy Carr had to sue Jim Davidson for stealings his jokes. Mind you, if you have jokes that Jim Davidson can steal it might be time to think of some new material. To be fair to Jimmy the jokes were tongue in cheek sexism which Mr Davidson was able to re-appropriate at face value. One thing you can say about Jim Davidson is he's not a man troubled by dupplicity of meaningLast edited by Bagpuss; 26 January 2009, 12:03.The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment
