Northern Rock staff awarded 10% bonus

Why shouldnt they get a bonus for working hard? Its not like the staff have ****ed up over the banking crisis.

It makes sense to give them a bonus to reduce the mortgage book by 14 Billion pounds to pay off a government loan.

It makes even more sense for HMG to give them another 10 Billion loan to start handing out mortgages again !!

In the Telegraph it appears that NR are making folk redundant whilst recruiting other folk to increase their lending again. The lunatics truly are in charge of the asylum now.
