If I have nothing else on I like to head down to my local bakers and stock up on Doughnuts, Eclairs, Cream Slices and a couple of Gateaux. Then pop into the off license for a couple of crates of Ale before eating and drinking myself into a stupor before posting the resulting video footage to the Weight Watchers forums
