Great I like it. Seriously. And Harlow's only 30 mins from the City.
I'll buy it when it falls to £350K in late 2010.

Its for a part of the property, obviously.
But in 2010 I would be able to buy the whole thing.

Good idea. Was only going to buy the flats above but prob will buy the shops as well

In 2010 it'll be full of cobwebs, rising damp, used syringes, a stench of piss and on sale for about 50p.
