      - save up deposit for next house move (not too much equity in my flat after recent property slump).
      - finish paying student loan (finally) in March.
      - sell second property oop north (freeing myself of unwanted burden)
      - form a funk band with mates.
      - finish "landscaping" garden
      - complete the numerous small DIY jobs cluttering up the house.
      - attempt to remain in contract throughout the year.

                    - Avoid going the PM route and re-skill into something technical.
                    - Enjoy my house rather than work on it all the flippin' time.
                    - Make second child.
                    - Get fit again. More 5-a-side, less commuting.
                    - Buy some woodland.
                    - Terminate the mole knackering my lawn.
                    - Research my Plan B a bit more, and if finances allow, start it.
