Gate 1 - project initiation (PID etc)
Gate 2 - can't remember
Gate 3 - Once Gate 3 is reached and passed by the Project Board (or Executive Steering Group or whatever) then money can actually be spent on POs (ie contractors
)
Gate 4 - dunno
Gate 5 - go live
Gate 6 - formal close
or something like that.

Isn't Stage Gate that movie with Kurt Russell and the ladyboy out of The Crying Game? I think McGyver played his part in the TV show that it spawned. I mean Kurt's part, not the ladyboy.
