Get a lift home after the op, but stop in at the pub first, and have a couple of pints of beer. They interact nicely with the muscle relaxant.

With any luck I'll be snowed in tomorrow.
Missus M has had her guts chopped open 3 times in the last 5 yrs (2 emergency, 1 elective) so now its my turn... Still I've been promised "something special" for Christmas and I suppose I can now be more "spontaneous" in future (and not just with Missus M).Comment
