The first good step would be to stop listening to people like sasguru who were cheering all along during "boom" time saying how great City is, and now suddenly they are full of ideas how to solve the problem that they refused to acknoledge until it blown into their faces?Comment

The government should print loads of money and then pay off everyone's mortgage. Most of the bad debt gone from banks books and we all get an increase in disposable income every month to spend spend spend.
