            To be honest I'd rather the agents knew about their business rather than mine. If they require help regarding their understanding of certain aspects of a particular role then I'm more than happy to help them.

            By helping an agent understand he/she will have a favourable view about my knowledge in that particular area.

            Agents are good as middlemen, they open up the opportunity, I close the deal.

            Simple as.
