I thought we need a thread to vent. Well I do anyway. I'm in the contractor corner with one other guy. This guy comes in spends at least 4 hours every single f**kin day making private calls, no exageration, friends, family he even puts together conf calls with all his mates and sits there talking, laughing. Puts down the phone, waits, oh, 10seconds, another call. All day. Bizarre. Manager doesn't notice. I am so tempted to grass him up. I think if he gets a contract extension (probably not) I will.

Distance yourself, try and get moved to another office, otherwise when he gets caught you'll also get blame. Guilt by association etc.etc.etc..Comment
