I just take their contact details and say I will email over details of last 2 managers. Then I wait until I get another agent asking for the same I ask for his details. Then I give them eachothers details and say they were my past manager in charge of a large team at say oooh Microsoft.
See how long it takes them to work out what I've done.
Now I wonder why I'm not getting any calls from agencies - how easy is it to change your name?Comment
