Gas and electricity

I use uswitch once per year around the end of January.

Even with 5 people, 4 bedroom, 6 a/c units - and a double bath - we average at £100 per month. For gas and electricity.

I checked U-Switch last night and they reckon I can save 100 pounds a year by moving from E-on to some non-profit making supplier.

I have cavity wall insulation, and a roof !!

Hmmm... goose fat on the kids, sew 'em into their togs, and use a single candle for heating and light, is my only advice.

1 bedroom flat, & I don't use the central heating except sometimes on about 15 mid-Dec to mid-Feb. About £150/year with the reassuringly-expensive British Gas duel* fuel.
