The role of the marketing and communications manager is a vital cog of the business wheel for this company so are looking for someone with an excellent marketing pedigree as well as a high level of people and creative skills. You will be responsible for planning and delivering marketing, communications and brand strategies and the associated campaign delivery for the company. Creating and developing all travel products and responsible for all sale targets and revenue generation for supporter packages. The role also requires you to be responsible for brand management, marketing communications, public relations, on-line partnerships and the management of the company's Websites. Within the role you will also manage a team of four in the marketing and communications department. The right candidate will have a solid marketing background and extensive experience across the marketing mix, display excellent project management skills and be self sufficient in prioritising, organising workloads, planning ahead and motivating others. It is essential that you have first class communication skills with a rigorous attention to detail, the ability to communicate and build relationships, and experience of managing a team.
