I just strut around the front room, wearing a big wig, with "do you wanna be in my gang..." playing loudly in the background.

No kids at the door so far, but plenty of parents.
Feist - 1234. One camera, one take, no editing. Superb. How they did it

We went out, because kids round here like to throw stones at windows even on normal days. Returned to find house unscathed

We went out with the grandkids to throw stones at some contractors house, but he'd gone out so we didn't bother

I went out because it's the only night of the year I can walk the streets without being laughed at, pointed at, and called a freak (or worse).

We had a great time, we made scary fairy cakes to give away as well as loads of sweets.
We had about 12 lots of kids and they had all made an effort - some great homemade outfits.

I took my daughter out round to her friends houses to trick or treat and she loved it.

Looking forward to Bonfire night next
I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this

We had are doorbell rang about 15 times.

I was on a conference call and at one point accidently knocked my phone off mute, so the yanks on the other end of the phone heard me talking to trick or treaters!
