Your command of the English language is letting you down again.
So you admit you know I am not a very good English speaker (as it is not my native language) and you want to sue on the basis of some words above? If this gets to trial (doubtful) you'd be slapped so hard by the judge that you will remember it for a long time - the irony is that libel case law is pretty clear on reputation of people who were in prison, not that you were mentioned in anyway, it is just funny how you try to engage in this chat on sas's side

I think you'll find that normally it's the judges who like getting slapped/spanked/caned ...

No. Only if there is info provided linking that user-name to specific person, or it is well known who is the person behind that user name. And even that might not be sufficient to satisfy libel laws of this country.
It's amazing. A seamless transition from world-leading economist to expert libel solicitor. Is there nothing this man doesn't know?

Ignorance is no defence. If you are not sure of what you are saying, or implying then I would suggest you do not say it at all.

Listen buddy, why won't you sue me then? If you are not going to do that then don't use legal threats - it's not funny or right to threaten others with legal case if you are not prepared to follow it through.

I am NOT a solicitor.
But it does not take one to see completely baseless empty threats that should not be made even as a joke, I certainly don't do such threats unless I fully intend to follow them through.

I never said I would, I just pointed out that you what you said could be interpreted as saying SAS was not concerned about how honestly he made his money.
Considering the fuss you made when a post suggested you might be less than honest you may want to consider why this argument is being continued, or why SAS made his original reply.
