      Indeed - Satriani does have his moments of soul though, although few and far between. Add Paul Gilbert to that list as well.

      Nuno Bettencourt is another - "Midnight Express" is an amazing track.

                Tommy Emmanuel is brilliant - saw him a few times live, only plays the smaller venues, but keep a look for him


                Also John Jorgenson (my personal favourite) - does an awesome version on Orange Blossom Special
