For me, a simple desire...
...to have all the IT contractor's in the world working through my agency! Hey it would be great, you would have IR35 friendly and insurable contracts, you would be paid on time, you would be dragged out for drinking nights every night of the week if you so wished!I don't want to achieve immortality through my work... I want to achieve it through not dying...Comment

I've always dreamed of owning my good friend's mortgage. Then I'd make him wear a scratchy polyester uniform with a peaked cap and he'd have to drive me around places and call me Mr Old Greg. Occasionally I'd make him beg me like a little doggy not to evict him.Comment

Sorry didn't mean to pry, feel like a right t1t nowOf all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
