The question is, could more passengers have survived but for the availability of modern technology. I speak of none other than the bin liner. Would a roll of bin liners buy you a few hours in freezing water? Say one tied around each leg, another around the torso and another for holding necklaces, watches, gold teeth, etc. And a few more for floatation.Comment
