I bought one of B&B's "too good to be true" bonds a couple of months ago and am jolly happy Santander have taken it to their bosom. Go for it I say.Comment

The first 35k rule is per institution, so if you had 35k in each, you would only be protected for 35k total because Santander is counted as 1.The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
