Yes the world and his dog knew it was a bubble. Difference is some people had the nous to make money out of it.
BTW you weren't so good at calling the dot com bubble were you?
You actually worked for a dot com till it went bust
Some people made money out of that too, all the while knowing it was a bubble.

What a terrible speculator you are. You should be ashamed of yourself ... I hope you invested the ill begotten gains wisely. Say a squirrel refuge, something like that?

You are right; I am sorry.

It was a cheap quip that I could not resist.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Technically it did not go bust (it was bought by old economy firm), but yes - in my eyes it went bust due to critical mistakes by the management - I was not involved in decision making but I learnt from their mistakes and my company certainly won't make them.

I actually did pretty advanced stuff at the time - browsing behavior targeting and other was not in wild use at the time, even now only large companies do that - almost 10 years later.

Better make cheap remarks about how my MBA app was rejected by Stanford and Harvard back in 1999 - and I got pretty good GMAT score with perfect AWA to boot

Lucky escape - I was managed by a Harvard MBA graduate once, he was a fkwit and a complete knob - kind of lost my respect for it at that point (Plus Dubya has one, I mean FFS!)

Actually I was - before that big job I had tintop job in a .COM that begun to smell like rotten fish and I bailed out - it was very smart move.

Yeah, I will put their rejection letters in the toilet one day.

So why aren't you running this mega-corp of yours instead of posting on here, like a successful entrepreneur would?
Face it atW, you're a dreamer.
Get a proper job and start living.
You've given SKA a good 4 year go - well done - now it's time to accept defeat and cut your losses.

And why are you posting here?

The difference is that I might actually get to run my own mega-corp, where as you will always remain permie loser, nothing personal - just telling the truth.
