Yes he did and they have and just like his ridicule on this board the move by the FSA has been getting increasing criticism by people in a number of sectors of the financial markets and in journalism. It is a political move to give the impression that something is being done.
This issue has not prompted me to call AtW names. I have been calling him names for a long time before this happened.How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Banning short selling is a temporary measure, and many here are quite happy it's banned for now. Doesn't mean any of the rest of the bollocks he spouts is any more valid. or indeed that any of those views are uniquely held by him on this board.
