That's not stereotyping, if you want evidence then look into any thread on this BB and see responses any typos

He'll gloat and think he is the smartest person on the planet.... I suppose he had to compensate for the lack of understandign any contents

May be for the first time I have to agree with AtW - sorry AtW, wont happen again, I promise
Nope, sorry read it again and your subsequent post and I confirm you're talking complete bollocks.

One grammar nazi does not a nation make. And I'd be bloody surprised to find any society where some importance wasn't attached to being able to spell properly.

then why did you have to pick on AtW's typo??? You made a big post and a joke out of it - sense of humour?? again, 99% of English people think its hillarious that foreigners make spelling/typo grammer mistakes... why deny it?? And why is there an overuse of the spelling smilie here?? If there was a spelling smilie in real life you'll see it in every english man's back pocket.

Loving the way a topical and relevant thread about the possibility of Lloyds TSB taking HBOS over has boiled down to a spelling and racism spat.

                  Cause it was funny??

It's got nothing to do with him being a foreigner, and I don't for a second think that AtW actually thinks the expression is and I quote:

If they are so bright why didn't they jump the boar earlier?
He made a typo, I made fun of it. SFA to do with him being foreign, and you dear 'lady' are taking yourself and your sense of outrage way way too seriously.

No bank with a long history should expose itself to any market that can potentially bankrupt it - but of course we both know that the decision making team was getting short term bonuses on quick profits they made, in fact the bigger they exposed their bank the more money they made - only then it killed them. Frankly I expect bigger case than Enron to be opened against Lehman Brothers.
Ah but then your profits would have been severally down, and the shareholders would sell your stock meaning your company would be in the doldrums and maybe facing backrupcy.......This happened ti Merrill Lynch, they didn't jump into the credit markets, the share holder start to vote with their feet, the share price went down as did ratings, so they had to get into the market, as they were late in they over did it. For a while there were record profits.....we all know what happened next

City for UK is like oil for Russia - it's overabundance is a curse that needs to be dealt with.

The city generates a massive contribution to the UK GDP. remove this and we will see how our economy suffers
