Support guy in front of me with jeans, heavy metal t-shirt and leather waistcoat... I assume this is standard dress for numpty bikers..
It's dress down day every day on this site.

Sometimes I don't even dress until the afternoon.

If you dress down every Friday like the permies then who knows, maybe. I dress down occasionally whether it's Friday or not and when asked I tell people I'm dressed in accordance with my companies policy.

I like to stand out from the common herd, Also I can't be arsed - it's easier to go in smart (or at least jeans and a shirt).

Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

Place I once work at had a cross-dress Friday.

The corsets and high heels were murder and I point-blank refused to put on the wig and the lipstick.

You've come right out the other side of the forest of irony and ended up in the desert of wrong.

Our MD insists on suit, shirt and tie at all times and I don;t mind, it is a bit like getting into character when i put the smart gear on, if i came in in my jeans and t-shirt I might just slack off and post on websites all day..... oh........mmm, inherent flaw in argument. It IS friday though.

Anyhow, we have the suit and tie for men and "smart " for women which means most of the girls come in looking like they are off for a day round the shops or off to the beach. Seems a bit strange that they come down like a ton of bricks if the lads are unshaven or no tie but the girls get away with murder!
