You pay a percentage of your income to the state as a whole, what you earn depends on what you pay. Local services should be met by all equally. You're already paying for the Shameless estate benefits, why pay for their binman as well.
Unfortunately the SNP are socialist with their policies, but I can vote for a socialist government as long as it gains me my freedom.
