Orange Pekoe usually turns out ok. But compared to the UK, it's expensive. I visit the UK once a year and stock up on marmite (1.0 to 1.5kg) and 1000 "Yorkshire tea" teabags.
If you run out of tea, the simplest solution is to switch to beer.Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!Comment

I normally shop in Karstadt although its a bit more expensive than most but has a good selection of foodstuffs. Our one in Darmstadt has a selection of 'Merican stuff of which some is pretty good, especially the hot spicey marinades. Down here in Böblingen I go to Edeka as its only round the corner from my hotel. Went to Pennymarkt once, never again, same with Lidl and Aldi. Kaisers Tenglemann are pretty okay as well. For English teabags and some other stuff such as Marmite, mint sauce, mustard, etc. look for little Asian shops as they always have this stuff.“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.”Comment
