i've read up about it, sounds perfect. I have done karate to brown belt but never really got a lot out of it as i felt it was too rigid. Krav maga seems not only to be good for overall fitness but teaches you to be hard as nails in a bad situation.
Are the techniques learned actually useable in real life??? (in a defense situation obviously).
I did karate for years but apart from being good for fitness it would be useless in a real self defense situation...Comment

Krav Maga does instill confidence but it also reminds you of your limitations.
