Us Norferner's should all move to London, like

So how come people that come up with stuff like this are called a 'Think' Tank (when thinking is obviously the last thing that they did)?

Solve poverty by moving all poor people into one (already vastly overcrowded) city and leaving all the other cities to rot. That's gotta work, right?

Cities in northern England such as Liverpool, Sunderland and Bradford are "beyond revival" and residents should move south, a think tank has argued.

Policy Exchange said current regeneration policies were "failing" the people they were supposed to help.

A mass migration to London, Cambridge and Oxford would stop them becoming "trapped" in poorer areas, it said.

One author acknowledged many people may brand the findings "barmy". A Liverpool MP said they were "utter nonsense".

As long as they keep going south and don't settle in Wales
Confusion is a natural state of being
