The icing on the cake is where it specifies a requirement for "attention to detail", I can only assume that the agent doesn't need it himself. -

to paraphrase that job description:
Receive off-the-shelf data format definition A (hereafter referred to as Square Peg) from a £1500/day Peoplesoft drone.
Receive data format definition B (hereafter referred to as Round Hole) from a £1800/day SAP drone.
Diplomatically do the near-impossible task of putting Square Peg into Round Hole without complaining that you are getting 1/4 the money of A and B despite doing all their work for them.Comment

As one of the requirements is "understanding of Peoplesoft and SAP HR" I wonder if the rate is £3300/day ?Comment

I don't think so. When they put "Understanding of" in front of a skill, it's spec-ese for "You won't actually be doing any, but you'll be sitting next to somebody who does, and you might have to talk to them occasionally"Comment
