I don't think so. When they put "Understanding of" in front of a skill, it's spec-ese for "You won't actually be doing any, but you'll be sitting next to somebody who does, and you might have to talk to them occasionally"

to paraphrase that job description:

Receive off-the-shelf data format definition A (hereafter referred to as Square Peg) from a £1500/day Peoplesoft drone.

Receive data format definition B (hereafter referred to as Round Hole) from a £1800/day SAP drone.

Diplomatically do the near-impossible task of putting Square Peg into Round Hole without complaining that you are getting 1/4 the money of A and B despite doing all their work for them.

As one of the requirements is "understanding of Peoplesoft and SAP HR" I wonder if the rate is £3300/day ?
