    Huge waste of money...

    Why any city in the world would want to spend billions just to hold a race to see who can run faster than someone else is beyond me.

    I'm with the other posters here though that think the UK should actually not bother investing in any new facilities but stick the contestants in various parts of London and just told to get on with it. Lets see how these pandered "olympians" like that.
