Ring your local radio station (BBC is best), talk to the producer of the mid morning show because they usually deal with consumer problems. Explain the situation, send them the recording (edit any swearing out...easy to do) & then let them have some fun with playing it to the whole county 
Either that or email the recording to the company directors with words of complaint - that works well too.
I had some oik (staff!) tell me to F**k off in McDonalds the other week - an email to the Marketing Director later & the guy has been sacked!
Companies need to go back to remembering that the customer is king, not them - I'm amazed how companies these days want to tell customers how they should use their services or seem to think they can upset customers without consequence - they can obviously afford to lose business!!
