It's next week according to my calendar.

On the mainland it's Whit Monday.

It was Harold Wilson wot scrapped Whitsuntide in favour of Spring Bank Holiday.

My father was secretly delighted as he could add "Heathen" to the list of adjectives he had for Wilson.

I'd be shocked & horrified if that happened.

I seem to remember a fair few who alleged that they'd be in to do some work in preparation for resit week.

In practice, I think I've seen one in 5 years.

I managed to get through Uni without a re-sit. I don't think I would have got through if I had.

Most people who failed ended up repeating the year or dropped out.

What is your attrition rate? Ours was 25% per year.
