Still very sunny.

Huge vacuum cleaner still going so sod trying to watch any telly until it stops.

Machinery started up at ten to seven this morning, the gits.

But at least they waited until 7:02 before starting the drilling.

Now a mix of angle grinders and huge vacuum machine.

Mr Dyson has nowt like this beasty.

It's the size of a dustbin wagon and the hose is controlled by a remote with joystick.

It seems they don't dig muck out of holes in the ground any more; they just loosen it then suck it out.

I have a theory that builders use noise as a means of clocking on in the morning.
